If you would like to arrive a day early, we have secured 100 rooms at Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston, TX on January 4^th, the night before the cruise.  Details regarding, price, how to book a room, transportation, etc. below:

• Rooms are $160 per night plus tax.  This price is also good for Jan 2^nd and 3^rd.  4:00 pm check in time.
• Fill out THIS FORM if you want to book a room. One of our staff will call and get your credit card information or you can simply indicate on the form that you want to use the card we have on file. Or you can Call Sherry Taylor at (254) 592-2502 to book a room. Rooms are available on a first come/first serve basis. Credit cards will be charged for the first night’s room and tax 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Cancelation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged as a penalty. 
• On Dec 14, a list will be sent to Moody Gardens with names and credit card info for people who have reserved rooms.  Credit cards will be charged for the first night’s room and tax 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Cancelation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged as a penalty. 
• Parking:  Moody Gardens offers Complimentary Self-Parking, $25/night for valet parking, $13/night for garage self-parking.  Guests can leave their car at the hotel while on the cruise, at no charge. Please note there is no shuttle service to the ship. 
• Transportation to the cruise terminal:  To save on cruise terminal parking people could ride with friends or Moody Gardens also recommends the following transportation companies.
