Want an Electric & Water Campsite?!

Customers that re-reserve their site(s) from last year (during the re-reservation period Jan 16 - Jan 31) will have the first option at available open sites on February 2nd & 3rd, 2017.  This includes the ~NEW~ Water & Electric campsites located in Section D (Row M and Row N) or any other available sites. These reservations must be made by calling our office at (254) 968-8505. Reservations begin at 10:00 am Central Time. If you did not have a campsite in 2016, you must wait until February 6, 2017 to make your reservations for 2017.



Purchase Advance Parking in Parking Lot!

 6-day ticket holders WITH 6-day camping will have the ability to upgrade their
camping to 7-Days at the gate to come in early on Sunday, April 23rd
(gates open at 12:00 noon)





Other Important Information

Absolutely NO GLASS bottles or containers allowed at Melody Mountain Ranch (including all campsites, parking lot, vehicles, campers, etc.)

NO radio frequency/remote controlled devices and/or drones allowed!

There will be a FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to and from the festival Wednesday through Sunday (donations accepted). Call Donnie Hill at (254) 300-7558 to schedule a ride.
Hours: Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 pm - 1:00 am
Friday: Will start picking up at 6:00 am and run around the clock thru 5:00 am Sunday morning.
You can call the day you need the ride but it helps if you call 24 hours in advance. You can bring your coolers on the van but NO open containers allowed.

Dogs allowed on leash in campground, however NO DOGS ALLOWED in concert areas

Any armband that has been removed for whatever reason (work, school, arrest, etc.) must be purchased again to gain admission into the festival grounds.

The Texas Music Festival facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund who is violating the facility, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.

NO tossing or throwing of any items or disorderly conduct that could result in the injury or damage to participants, spectators, equipment,  etc. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law and will immediately removed from the festival grounds.

Every campsite must be kept clean - any campsite found to be left unclean will result in a $30 charge applied to the purchaser's credit card. It is the original purchasers responsibility to make sure campsites have been picked up and cleaned upon leaving the festival grounds. No household furniture or large items may be left behind. Please have all trash bagged and ready for pick up upon leaving the festival grounds


Tickets obtained from sources other than Texas Music Festival, may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases, will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law
