Open Camping Begins Monday February 5th at 10 AM.  Here’s all the information you need to know before you call or reserve your site online!


Beginning at 10 am on Monday, February 5th you may purchase a campsite online.  These sites will be listed by section.  Example: Section A closest to stage or Section G closest to stage.  As soon as we receive the order, your order will be filled and your campsite number(s) will be emailed back to you within 10 minutes.  If you are looking for the closest campsite(s) to the stage this the most effective way to guarantee the best site.  Note: campsites are 30’ deep by 32’ wide so if your camper or motor home is longer than 32’ you will need 2 sites.

If you would like to call and make camping reservations, the phone lines will open at 10am on Monday, February 5th.  We will open 7 phone lines and you may call one of two numbers 254-968-8505 and/or 254-968-6204 .  This is the best option if you are looking for campsites next to other sites already reserved.



For those looking for electric and water sites, the Grove VIP currently has 15 open sites.  This is a new VIP camping area located behind the Bud Light stage consisting of 50 water and electric sites.  To reserve these sites you must purchase at least 2 VIP stage seats.  These sites are 30’ wide X 40’ deep to accommodate large RVs.  VIP packages and grove camping sites are available online at or by calling 254-968-8505.

FAQ about Camping Reservations:

What’s the best way to get the closest site to the stage?

If you are wanting the closest campsite to the stage, the best way is to order you campsite on line. As soon as we get your order we will select a campsite in the section you ordered and email you a confirmation. 

How do I get a site close to a friend that already has one?

The best way to get an exact campsite is to call on Feb 6th and we can select a campsite that is close to a specific campsite. We do not need to know the campsite number as long as you know the name under the reservation.

How many phone lines are available on Feb. 5th?

We will have 8 phone lines available and staff monitoring online camping reservations as well.

How many people can camp at my campsite?

The campsie space is yours, so you may divide it up however you like. The only limitation is you are only allowed 1 vehicle per site. So if you would like to have 2 tents on a campsite with 2 vehicles, one vehicle would have to park in the parking lot.

Do I need a ticket along with my campsite?

Yes, the campsite is just for your camper or tent. Each person attending will need a separate event ticket.  Early bird tickets end at 11:59 pm on Feb 5th so these tickets will increase in price on Feb 6th.

What if I do not know how many days I will be attending and do not know how many days of camping to buy?

You can always purchase the minimum nights camping (3 nights for preferred & electric campsites and 2 nights for reserved and keystone campsites) and upgrade them for the same price up until March 1st. After March 1st, you can upgrade campsites at the gate at the gate price.

What if I don’t get through on the phone at first?

The best way to secure a campsite would be to purchase it online. If you want to move your campsite later that is always an option as you may call later in the day and see what is available.

Will my camper fit on one campsite?

Campsites are 30' deep by 32' wide. If your camper is longer than those diminutions there are two options. ~1. Give us a call and we will see if we have campsites that will accommodate a larger camper.  A lot of the campsites backup to trees or on the end of a row so there may be more room in these sites. ~2. Buy two campsites back to back or side by side. If you buy two campsites you be allowed two vehicles so you might be able to utilize the extra campsite for a second vehicle and a smaller camper next to you or just have more room for yourself.

If I purchase 3 nights camping can I use the campsite any 3 nights of the festival?

If you purchase 3 nights camping you can only use the campsite Thursday, Friday & Saturday. So you will purchase the campsites based on the first day you enter. If you want to enter the campground on Tuesday, you would need to purchase a 5-day campsite along with a 5-day ticket.

If I don’t have an electric campsite, can I run a generator?

Yes generators are allowed.

If I get a campsite this year, what is the possibility of moving closer next year?

If you reserve a campsite this year, you will have the option to re-reserve the campsite next year.  Every person that re-reserves their campsite will have the first option for upgrading campsites before they open up to the general public.

What’s the difference in Keystone camping and reserved camping?

Keystone camping is an open area and the campsites are first come first serve when you arrive. Reserved campsites are marked off sites so you will know the location of your campsite before you arrive.

What is a Glamping campsite?

Glamping campsite packages are campsites where a tent and other amenities are provided for you. The tent will be set up before you arrive and taken down after you leave. Glamping campsites are located in the front of section A so they are close to the stage. When you purchase a Glamping package you will receive a confirmation of your campsite number along with information about your tent set up.
